Cars coming and going at all hours? Lots of tools both new and used?It sounds to me like someone dealing drugs and taking tools in trade. Offer the wanting customer about 10% of the value for the inconvenience and sell the merchandise to recoup the Cash...
If such a scenario the customers may be theives but the dealer is just an entreprenour, albeit illicitly...
