Folks, I hope we can go forward and learn about what it takes to make better audio equipment. Today, I had a long, fruitful discussion (by phone) with Charles Hansen of Ayre. We both design amps and preamps, BUT we actually learn from each other and exchange information. In a way, we work extra hard to give back any info that we are given. I wish that it could be the same way on this website, in future. That's up to you, John. If you'd stop seeing commies around every corner and personal attacks in every question, and less intolerance of those who may not share your particular beliefs, such exchanges may well take place with much more frequency. As it is, you typically serve to do little more than sabotage such exchanges.
Information exchange is more than simply having some toady slap you on the back and affirm your beliefs. It's also about having one's beliefs questioned and challenged. And, in the light of rational, cogent argument, possibly even changed.
Ball's in your court, John.
