Of course they do. More importantly, I've been focusing on which sounds more like live music for the past couple of decades.

Boy we sure are defensive, aren't we. I mention the LST because in the words of my local dealer "they are toads". After hearing them (driven by a big Phase Linear amp at the time), I had to agree. Earlier, he praised the AR integrated amp. Based on his review, I bought one to replace my Electrophonic receiver cum-8 track driving Advents. It was OK when you cranked it, but was horrible at low power levels. That is the kind of thing that totally escaped him. And why at age 15, I discovered he was largely clueless.

The funniest story I heard about Julian was presented by a most knowledgeable guy (not a dreaded audiophile) over at Vintage:
