First of all Ashly is in my home town so I've had a few dealings with them. As far as surporting their older products...Ashly is one company that is hard to beat! I'd give you 10 to 1 odds that they could either fix the problem or get you the parts you need. As far as your hum problems go if the unit does not hum with out something being plugged in to it ...it is not the amp. Be sure to check your ground plane and even try subing an other amp to see if that cures the problem. Also are all your devices sharing the same ac supply?
