You're courting disaster

That cap has a 100 volt rating because it needs it. A 50 volt cap will likely blow the instant you apply power to it, and it could take a number of components along with it, assuming that some aren't already gone. I don't want to condescend, but the fact that you'd even consider replacing a 100 volt cap with a 50 raises questions as to whether you should be playing around in there at all. It would probably be better to have qualified personnel look at the amp.
