For vinyl transfer, I use a Tascam DA-3000. Just plug in the output of your preamp or receiver tape out and record to SD cards. It does it all. Balanced or RCA, up to 192 kHz PCM, 2.8 and 5.6 MHz DSD.
It sounds just like the record.
