They are Freed transformers (same maker as the HK cit2 transformers) from a Krone-Hite LDS 102R low distortion amplifier. A lab piece.
They have 4 primary windings and two secondary windings. With the 4 primary windings in parallel and the 2 secondary windings in series the winding ratio is 5 to 1. The impedance ratio is 25 to 1.
My 13 ohm speaker looks like 325 ohms to the circlotron.
