I'm not sure it was UPS' fault. The box looked fine. It was packed very well too.It *looks* like maybe when they were packing it, someone set it down hard on its corner.
I'll get a picture of it later today and maybe you guys can help me decide if it's worth the envitable problems of trying to get Sony/UPS to make it right.
The thing that kills me is that it was in absolute MINT condition previously. If I ever wanted to sell it, I could have gotten top dollar.
Now, they've damaged it, and lost my original box...but that is whole other story.
