I own several SWO-XXX receptacles and not one of them exhibited any of the attributes U have described at any time. A bad case of RF pollution for example, could be the cause so I would be inclined to think your issues are being induced somewhere else in your system.
Maybe U could post your system details so we can have a look-see?
