HSC or Halted Specialties Company. They're surplus stores. Not the same stock everywhere. There's one in Santa Rosa and one in Santa Clara, California, and they may have more elsewhere. I'm pretty sure that's the one Al's referring to; it's the one he turned me onto and that we visit.
