Geeez why Putz around, just solder yr Magic Power cord right to the Romex 12/14 wires in yr wall. Beats the Hell outta Any silly priced 'blessed' by Fred outlet. Way risky though , bare wires being exposed can be a significant Hazard But Audio purists should Suffer it's part of the Fantasy. You could Wrap 'em with lotsa Cheap Chinese Electrical tape.. Ooooh better yet.. buy the Tape that's Audio Weenie certified.
In all seriousness: IF you think that this is the last Little tweek needed on your system, then IMO you do have a genuine problem.
