The Sovtek 12AX7LPS is a great recent production tube. I have a quad in my phono stage now. Very low noise and nice body and bloom. I have recently tried the newer Tung Sol 12AX7 and didn't like them as much in my phono stage.Favorite NOS are Telefunken smooth plate ECC83s and Brimar 12AX7's. The Mullard CV4004 is pretty nice as well.
Tubemonger carries some original Tesla ECC803's that are really nice. He also has some that were counterfeit that he's blowing out right now as well. Might be worth a listen.
