I for one prefer the new Tung Sols over the SEDs in my VTL ST150. I very slightly liked the high end and "airiness" of the SEDs more but everything else I thought the Tung Sols were a little bit more to my liking.
That being said I could very happily live with either of these great tubes.Cheers,
