I'm just making an observation.Actually, Ed, if you read my post you will note that I did say that if someone knew of a table of all these measurements I would be happy to use that instead; thanks for the info, but a teensy weensy bit more specificity would probably help me avoid an endless google-chase.....all things considered, I still think making the measurements is a perfectly reasonable way of proceeding, and I do happen to possess a perfectly good micrometer, not to mention magnifying glasses and optical rulers. somehow i think i'll manage.
