sort of a pointless endeavor. with one sample of each you have a statistically useless database. manufacturers varied their designs extensively. Also, I'd be surprised if you had the stuff to measure with the precision needed (e.g. filament wires, grid wires, etc.) Also, without knowing the metallurgy, which is probably the most important part, you really have an incomplete set of specs at best.dimensional characteristics are well defined and available in a few different archives I can think of. the TCA group would be a good start. As would various technical manuals like the RCA HB-3 series, the WE book by Magers, TubeLore and various other publications.
Don't try to reinvent the wheel... you'd only end up with a couple spokes and a piece of the rim at best. Not much can be derived from that.
