if you were in his shoes (Eurotubes) and something like this happened to a brand new product which you had a hand in bringing to market. The original raves are quite justified, IMO, and I think it's great that there's an inexpensive alternative to those stratospherically priced (N)OS Mullards. I have three pairs of the Mullards -- the last pair I got "cheap" at $160 -- and like the KT77s more IN MY SYSTEM. The KT77s cost $38 including shipping. Two of my friends also ordered them on my recommendation and got the "good" ones.I'm with Eurotubes, on this one.
