My suggestion is contact the manufacturer first before you attempt anything. Ask if you need to leave the speakers connected to the amp while you bias the amp. In my case, I disconnect my speakers and interconnect from the amp while I bias it. I would have not known that if I had not asked the manufacturer first. Make sure to ask the manufacturer what the bias setting should be for both 6550 and KT88 tubes. If your amp can use EL34, 6L6, 7027 or KT90 tubes find out what the bias setting should be for each.
