Im glad to see that a lot more people are realizing that the new production tubes like the JJ are sounding as good and better as you said than the original nos syl even if it is only slight.There is no reason they cant build better sounding tubes than the original or at least as good with technology we have today. Svetlana makes a very good el34 in that wing c version and JJ and groove tubes make a great E34LS and those tubes are all sounding very good these days and I never did care for el34s much but they really are comming along now.
