Okay I think I see the 1k 400V caps leading to the KT66's. You're saying I ought to put in 4, .5k caps instead? Would those be 200V or 400V? I'm new to this part swapping business. What would pio VITq type or equivalent be? I'm not familiar with that term at all.

These amps sounded amazing when I last had them running. I was using some old AR2 speakers that complemented the amp really nicely. I may try some Klipsch Heresy II's next--I hear those horns are an efficient match for tubes. What speakers are you running with your W5Ms? I guess I could just check your profile..
