Sheldon stokes board is the only way to go on the w5ms.I can send you photos of mine but I also changed all the caps to pio VITq type or equivalent..Do you see where there are a pair of 1uf coupling caps in each amp? Instead put in a pair of .5 to each tube so you will have 4 caps total as opposed to the two.Solder the grounded cord to any part of the chasis.
I think the B+ rail you are thinking of is that long piece of wire that is used to ground everything to.Its not B+.To discharge your capacitors take an alligator lead and hook it to the chasis and go around to each capacitor terminal and touch it and that should be enough.
Definitely get SDS board tho becuase it will simplify the amp and you'll have a pair of world class amps.
