I was wondering, and maybe this has been brought up before but, which works better (or is easier to design)? A larger full-range driver with a tweeter for just the highest frequencies, or a smaller full range unit with a large bass driver for just the lowest frequencies? Would it make a difference if the design was a box or open baffle?
