I wondered as well why there hasn't been a Dick's Picks 37 yet. I don't have any inside scoop. I know nothing about financial problems at the Dead organization, but would have no qualms about Rhino. They have done a great job remastering and repackaging a number of artists besides the Dead. I've been buying their new releases of the Dead's studio albums (and the live albums) in HDCD with bonus tracks. (I have a HDCD player for this reason only, along with the Dick's Picks, of course.)
