I think they have real chance, certainly Pink Floyd are as good..were as good...as they ever were and you have a similar prog-rock genre here. The band were always completely anonymous when they played, I saw them in 71 each year until 76. Banks hidden behind his mellotrons and Collins (best place for him) lurking under a towering drum kit.
Gabriel left for the very reason that made them a lightweight 'Pop' group, the material that was to played and performed in order to make gozzilions just wasn't him.
I predict not a single post Gabriel track will be played, and they must have sold 10 no 100 times more post Gabriel than when he fronted the band, but it's all so damned frothy...I'll go..
Musical Box...Suppers Ready..Stagnation..Giant Hogweed..Watcher of the Skies..Hell, they might even do Twilight Alehouse..a wonderful legacy...You're right...I'm a fan...as a result COMPETELY biased...
