bay bay be"as in don't get caught up in the entire coke/freebase (before crack) scene.
not only is the message positive, but it's definately one of the best club jams from back in the days where you could go out and actually dance as opposed to be annoyed to death by "snap - i got the power" or any number of "technotronic" songs that all sound exactly like each other
"dance shake it skake it dance move your body party party" blah blah blah *vomit*
