The vast majority of DAC manufacturers can be cited in some way for false claims. There's so much confusion and misinformation in the realm of digital audio, if I were to cite all of it, I'd have to quit my day job.Somehow, it seems like Lavry is being accused of producing a DAC that uses ASRC. (If nothing else, at least some other people are now realizing that ASRC is a technological fraud.) But based on what I've heard from the DA10 DAC, in my own system, either the citations are false or Lavry found a way to utilize ASRC that is totally unobtrusive. I suspect the former case.
