"hypothetical" issues ...Hmm, I was a bit skeptic at first as well, but Lavry removing claims of non-upsampling in the latest revision of the manual would confirm the accusation on DIY hifi.
Not that it changes the good sound of Lavry, but I AM upset about how Mr. Lavry has handled the situation and this issue of false claims. I did buy this DAC in first place since it did claim "no upsamling". In any case, I had already decided to keep my NOS Wavelength Brick around but these "hypothetical" issues might have convinced me to sell the DAC anyway.
