Yes, I too have had excellent service from Analogue Seduction. I ordered and received a 6' pair of Kudos KS-1 speaker cables. Unfortunately, one run was non conductive. I could only assume this was a case where their termination method failed. Within a week I was sent another complete set of KS-1 speaker cables.(at no cost to me) I have since repaired the first set by re-terminating with the Viborg bananas already mentioned. So "kudos" to Analogue Seduction.
