I'm not sure if you mean 15ma. times 1 1/5 = 22.5 Hy

or that one should use twice the henry value for the calculated critical current. In this case 300 VDC at 15ma. calls for 20Hy so 40Hy should be used? I have hear the latter stated as a preference before. And that the calculated value is just a starting point.
