O.K.- With no tubes except the rectifier in place under full mains power:From pin 2 (grid) on the the three not-glowing tube sockets to circuit common (chassis)(black probe to common, red to pin 2)voltage hovers around 0 v
On the misbehaving socket:
426 v (!!!) drops very slowly after power is removed.Houston, we have a problem! What do you think's going on? Have I even done a valid test?
