Hi,

Why not take a 24V/1,5A transformer, rectify the AC and use two feeds via for example LM317 so that you have two DC supplies adjustable from 0-30V ?
That way you could connect your 12SL7 i parallell och in series, change to 6SL7 whenever you want to and run them i series or parallell. You could connect your EF86 in series or parallell och change to PF86 and run those in series or parallell. You could expreriment with the heat of the cathode to tune the curcuit (affects inner resistance of the tube) and so much more.

There are lots of possibilities depending on your goals (compact, verastile, use cheep equivalents and so on).
