In a series circuit the current flow is the same at any point in the circuit. You can't draw 150MA at one point and 200MA at another so the short answer is no. You can however use a 250 ohm (252 ohm actual) 1 watt resistor in parallel with each of the 12SL7GTs and you would then need a 50.4V 200MA supply.
