Let me see if I have this right.First stage 12ax7 (whatever), second stage 12ax7. You want to use two sockets, wired to use only one triode each, so you can use tele's in the first stage and rca's in the second?
Or something to that effect?
I think it's a great idea. I see no problems except layout, As long as you can work that out, you're good to go.
