Where, exactly, are the two resistors located? The 3.3K resistor has a tendency to overheat from the current draw. I've had a few failures of the resister, so the 270K in parallel may help ease the load of the 3.3 K unit. I do not recall seeing those resisters, so I can't really be sure of what the hell they are doing.,
