The 10 is a thoriated tungsten (dull emitter) per the data sheet. Bright emitters are pretty rare outside big transmitters.The original 201 was a bright emitter in 1920 but was replaced by the dull emitter 201A in 1922 as this reduced the heater power required to 1/4.
The 210 was the first power triode available but wasn't introduced until 1925 so it used the more efficient thoriated tungsten.
