Well, perhaps I stand corrected, I dunno. I still would have to hear it to fully believe it. I know the Naks are great decks. My Nak 3-head deck (not a CR7e) produces sound quality that very close to a CD. But the idea that an 1/8th inch-wide tape travelling at 1 7/8 ips could best a CD is a tough sell.I'd love to score a CR-7E & find out for myself though.
