Sony cassette deck repair - yes

FYI to all tape heads ... success at last. Suess Electronics up north in Wisconsin,as suggested by Gagabird, will accept my Sony KA3ES for repair. The communications responses from them have been prompt and detailed, a good sign. Apparently all brands are worked on, and parts available for, with the exception of Dokorder. Of course, it's always advisable to contact them first concerning the specifics of your deck. Mine will be in route to them next week. This case looks promising so far, and I will update on the results when the Sony arrives back here.
