My problem is that I have a degree in physics, but I became an engineer on the job, for the most part. I have the greatest respect for both science and engineering. In my experience, almost all new ideas are not easily proved by an undergraduate education, exclusively. However, even when I 'measure' something, I get plenty of criticism from people in armchairs.
