This person is not necessarily new.

Judging by the "sudden appearance" of this character, the "gag" system, the caustic attitude, the complete disregard at attempts for technical discussion or the culture of this forum, and the completely childish attitude...

This person (new or not) is here to simply antagonize and has nothing to offer anyone.

My bet? A disgruntled "AA Boot-ee" who has come back complete with new moniker and IP address and looking to stir up the pot. This person seems to have been "restrained" in past dealings, perhaps due to a known identity, but has now been "released" from this limitation and is showing their true colors (all guns blazing) with no fear of being identified.

A certifiable loon, no doubt.

In any case, a healthy lawn will eventually choke out the bad weeks on it's own.
