Technically I am a HK dealer although I don't promote it. It is amazing how clairvoyant you can be with certain products over time.I'd be interested in hearing what was actually done.
All in all, I find their products to be very good for what they are. It just doesn't pay to be popping things in and out of the pre-outs all of the time. Set it up right and leave it alone, except for when you clean the interconnects.
