NOT let someone other than a master tech facility perform the diagnosis and repairs. I've had some serious nightmares doing that. On the upside, once it is up and running and provided you don't do anything silly with it like swap out speaker cables while the unit is on, or do zany things with the interconnects, it will work consistently for years.For all of the things HK products may not be anymore, they are light years ahead of most of the other products in that price range and league.
