1. Your preamp outs need to be re-soldered. Shouldn't be much.
2. I suspect you need an IC replaced. Estimated cost $75.Why am I so cocky and self assured? Recent experience, and an HK owner for several years.
If you are taking it in to be repaired, identify a master repair facility in your area on the Harman Kardon website. They are worth it.
