Can you afford separate a/d:s?? RME has an affordable 8 channel 24 bit a/d-d/a -converter with tdif and adatinterface. Two of them and then you buy a total-digital audiocard with the functions you need... That´s how i would do it anyway. (maybe another converter depending on my tests, i use the RME adi96-pro and i like it, i know other people using their 8ch interfaces and they like it)
