HelloMany thanks for your detailed reply, and I certainly am pleased that there is a solution. I have a DVD player so I'll check to see if it can play MP3 formatted CD's.
I have tried 80 min CD-R's, but for some strange reason my Philips burner trashes about 25% of the CD's.
