I'm working on buying either the Motu 828 or the Digi 001 but I'm strugling to decide which system to go for.How does the firewire interface stack up to the PCI system? I've got both a G4 and an iMac so the firewire could certainly prove useful for recording with the iMac on location...but I'm still a little apprehensive about the quality of firewire.
Can anyone give me any good advice concerning these two systems? Pros/ cons?
