I have no axe to grind. Many have said that PC audio is dramatically better than high end audio, and have sold their dCS, EMM etc.I am merely finding and reporting that this is not true, if you compare systems side by side. In the end, a Lynx card is not cheap and comparable to a respectable transport front end. It is also plug and play, as opposed to a lot of messing about with PC software and hardware.
As I am interested in hifi, and as PC systems have some genuine advantages, I too would go down this route and sell my other system if PCs are genuinely superior.
