Interesting that we agree on two of three of your choices, and I never have seen any of those Siemens that you like. We must be very perspicacious and wise. (For the record, I also don't think I ever tried RCAs or Telefunkens.) The Billington Gold tubes were really special in my amplifiers. They are a different size from standard 12AT7s, and they lose Gm pretty rapidly, but I was most fond of their sound in both the amps and the MP1. I think they are NLA, anyway.
