I have used a Futterman H-3 of early 60's vintage for several years without any problems driving an electrostatic load.Of course, the amp has had it's critical components changed (read leaky capacitors) as any piece of electronic should after 40+ years. It runs very hot but I use a small computer fan with it. It's tube regulation of the screens could be more stable but this is function of 1960's technology... the sound is very good compared to push-pull.. lifting a veil of haze away. It's been a great performer with no problems..wish I could find another one!
