Hello MarkYes, you have interpreted my “get up and go†correctly. I have some Wilson 5.1’s and they are very dynamic and on some music very satisfying (especially piano) but they are mostly too analytical. It would be nice to find the middle ground. A dealer close to me had some A3’s going for almost a quarter of their retail price, which is what prompted my post in the first place. A day after the post I called him only to find that they had been sold. Unfortunately we don’t get many SoundLabs speakers in the UK so I will have to be patient.
