Hi Mark--last year I tried some RCA 6AS7's but I had so many of them arc over that I gave up on them, especially after losing a grid stop resistor and also some speaker damage. Since then I have about 500 hours on a set of Svetlana's, last night on initial power up I had another tube arc over---do you think that the RCA's damaged something last time and If so what should I check ?
