What Charles said.One thing to keep in mind as you pursue DVD-Audio is that the end result of downmixing MC to 2ch in the player is not always pleasant. It CAN be enjoyable if the disc engineer/author takes the time to do it right; however, my experience is that most downmixes to 2ch are sonically inferior to their 2ch Redbook counterparts. Downmixes are a crapshoot, and like craps, the odds are that you will usually lose.
If your primary focus is 2ch, it's generally better to avoid discs that don't have discrete 2ch material on them. This can be difficult, because there are a number of discs that are improperly labelled on the market - they say they have 2ch, but they don't.
